The Great Room’s newest Sydney location brings luxury co-working to life across two expansive floors in the heart of the CBD, redefining the balance between functionality and refined design.

At Attcorp, we believe in shaping spaces that inspire connection, productivity, and a strong sense of identity. For this project, we delivered a premium fit-out for Level 14 and Level 15 at 1 O’Connell St, spanning approximately 2,400 sqm and accommodating up to 300 professionals in a sophisticated, tech-enabled environment.

Throughout the space, a series of feature ceilings and integrated smart AV systems elevate the user experience. From grand meeting rooms to intimate studio and circle rooms, each area is tailored to encourage focused work, dynamic collaboration, and seamless virtual interaction. Dedicated ateliers and enterprise suites further support a variety of working styles.

Every private office is enclosed in half-glazed walls, furnished with warm timber tables that add a natural, tactile element to the modern design. Communal spaces—such as the large bar and tea point—are anchored by luxurious stone island benches and counters, offering both functionality and elegance. At the heart of the space lies the Conservatory: a beautifully designed common area with inviting furniture and ambient light, curated to foster informal meetings, quiet moments, or simply a change of pace during the workday. The result is a workplace that blends the warmth of hospitality with the efficiency of high-end corporate design.
