The large open breakout area provides a versatile space for office users to gather and collaborate, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie. A designated “fun” workspace injects energy and creativity into the office atmosphere, while the expansive open working area encourages flexibility and collaboration among team members.

Exposed ceilings add to the industrial–chic aesthetic, enhancing the overall ambiance of the space.
