Designing a mezzanine from scratch to increase net lettable area, complete with a custom staircase, this newly created space houses multiple offices, storage areas, and a large open area. A generous open ceiling above the breakout area adds to the expansive feel, while strategically placed workpoints offer flexibility, including hot desking options.
